Tonight five Cameron-grade Blender icons were authored, rendered, and shipped to the bento grid you scroll past at the top of this site. Aether — gold 4-point star with bioluminescent dual halo. Tridentscan — Greek Psi extruded with cyan scan rings. Lucaslib Studio — italic L with gold inlay foot. Freq43 — 9-bar gold-to-cyan waveform. Eclipse — total-eclipse diamond ring with cream corona. Same v16 atmosphere recipe across all five — that's the brand thread.

Three pieces of permanent infrastructure also went live tonight:

• Watch-and-deploy autonomous loop — a PowerShell file-system watcher that auto-runs wrangler pages deploy every time I save. Edits propagate to lucaslib.com in 30 seconds. Zero buttons pressed.
• Anima corner-line frame primitive + mono-spec surtitles on every Pantheon bento card. 1px L-shapes at the corners. Numbered 01 / Aether — App Store Live through 05 / Eclipse — coming when ready. Receipts-grade rigor inside Apple-restraint chrome.
• Five master .blend files saved to lucas-content-bank/source/. Never rebuilt from scratch — only iterated. Versioned aether-master-v1.blend and onward forever.

The asset library compounds while everyone else starts from zero.

The framework is what compounds, not the icons themselves. Five master scenes today; one new derivative or scene per day after that. By next April that's 365+ unique authored 3D moments, all sharing one color science (Avatar 3 / Fire & Ash bioluminescent cool against amber firelight) and one type system (Cormorant Garamond Italic + Inter + JetBrains Mono).

The colophon is live at /colophon — every typeface, every render setting, every API token rotation policy, every discipline. Public transparency. Operators trust operators who show their work.

Today I bought lucaslib.com. By tomorrow morning this site is live. By Monday my first client meeting is on calendar at 1401 E 6th Street, Austin. I'm publishing this journal from day zero — every entry, every revenue number, every prospect, every loss.
