Hi, I'm Lucas.

I'm a solo operator, builder, producer, and founder based in Austin, Texas. I build small, ship fast, and ship in public — one product at a time, no team, no funding, no permission.

Right now I'm running a four-product Pantheon: Aether on iOS, Tridentscan on the web, Freq43 in closed beta, and Eclipse in stealth. Each one ships when it's done. Then I move to the next.

Before this: retail (Gorsuch Ski Shop), AI tooling (Anthropic), and a stretch of solo projects that taught me everything I needed to run the studio I run now.

My operator journey

From ski-shop sales floor to a four-product Pantheon.

I learned product fit on the sales floor of Gorsuch Ski Shop in Vail — fitting boots to feet, reading body language, watching what people actually needed vs. what they said they wanted. That instinct followed me into tech.

Then four years inside Anthropic shaped how I think about systems. Watching a small team ship Claude taught me that the right operating posture beats the bigger team every time. I left to build my own Pantheon — four products under one roof, all from Austin, all solo, all receipt-grade.

Today: Aether (iOS, live on the App Store), Tridentscan (security audit platform, free public scan), Freq43 (sacred-geometry audio tool in browser), and Eclipse (stealth, 2026). Built by one person. Shipped when ready, not when planned.

What fuels me

When I'm not building.

Skiing

Vail-raised. The mountain is the original product-feedback loop — every line is a test, every mistake is data.

Austin

Home base. The city that lets a solo operator look like a small studio if you set up the systems right.

Music

Producing in Ableton, deep in sacred-geometry frequencies. Freq43 came directly out of this practice.

Friends

The people who keep an operator honest. Half the work is conversation. The other half is shipping.

How I work

Four rules. No exceptions.

01

Ship

Done compounds. Perfect doesn't. Every product ships when the receipts say it's ready, not when the calendar does.

02

Receipts only

No claims without proof. Every promise on this site is something you can verify in the App Store, an audit report, or running code.

03

Solo by design

Four products from one operator is a strategy, not a constraint. The team is the architecture.

04

Built to last

Every page on this site, every line of Tridentscan, every Aether session is engineered to still work in five years. No throwaway anything.
